Right from the time Michael came out to advise us on what could be installed and give us a quote, to the terrific installer, we were very happy. The day of installation went without a glitch and the young man who did the installation could not have been better. He was very skilled, informative and also, very respectful of us and our home. My husband and I highly recommend Red Robin Masonry to anyone needing any kind of masonry work. We live in an older brick bungalow and our front veranda was cracked, the steps were crumbling and other repairs were needed. Our house was looking pretty sad, but now it looks really lovely and we couldn't be happier. Our experience with Red Robin was excellent right from the moment was contacted them. Their estimator outlined several options for the work and thoroughly explained each one. We received our quote the same day. Their workmen arrived promptly on the scheduled date and worked very hard for four days. Brandon, the stone mason, outlined for us what they planned to accomplish by the end of each day. We asked him to select the stone that would be most appropriate for our house, and the one he selected was perfect! The design he decided on looks amazing. He is a very skilled young man. Brandon and Andrew were very polite and courteous, worked hard and left our place cleaned up at the end of each day. Dave, the owner, communicated with us several times to keep us informed and ensure we were pleased. Our veranda looks wonderful...even better than we ever expected. We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling and were fortunate that we contacted Mr. Roof Repair to help us. They arrived the very next day, identified the problem as an ice dam, and immediately set to work to resolve the situation. He and his partner worked non-stop for 3 hours to remove the ice dam. |Adam did a very thorough assessment in our attic and all around our roof, he prepared a fantastic report, recommendation for a permanent solution and a quote.
