Great company, the workers arrived on time and did the job fast. The two employees (I forget their names) were friendly and professional, explained the process to me, and did their work quickly and thoroughly. When they were done they went over again everything that was done, provided some before and after pictures, and made sure I was satisfied with the job. When we need our ducts cleaned again, we will be using this company.

We contacted Red Robin Masonry to fix a crumbling chimney. They provided us a quote, and we hired them. The work was finished on time, on budget, and the quality of the work was very good. The gentleman who did the work, Greg, was fantastic in everything he did. When we need future work done we will be using Red Robin and will ask them to use Greg for us.

We asked Gold Standard to clean the windows and eavestroughs of our house (medium sized, two story detached). The price they charged was more than fair, the work was done very quickly, and the quality of the work was second to none. The cleaners were polite and courteous, and what really made the company stand out was the exceptional customer service provided by Natalie. Will use again in a year or so when we need the work redone. Recommend highly.

Our bathtub had a pretty continuous leak, and then we noticed Carpenter ants in the bathroom. This is evidence of a leak behind the wall. We called Mr. Rooter on Friday, hoping for someone to come soon. They could actually come that day, but I would not have been home. We made an appointment for Friday morning. The lady making the appointment was great. We got a call Saturday morning letting us know the plumber was on his way and would be there within an hour. Sure enough, Carey showed up, right on time. We explained our problem, and he was able to figure out pretty quickly what was going on. He explained the nature of the work to be done and gave us a quote. We accepted and he got right to work. Carey was the consummate professional, explaining what he was doing and why, and gave us tips for the future. As an aside, when we bought the house the bathtub had the water temperature reversed. When it should have been cold it was hot, when it should have been hot it was cold. Carey also fixed this for us. We got the lifetime membership and would strongly recommend anyone else using their services do so as well. We have a somewhat significant project in the Kitchen coming up, and we will absolutely use Mr. Rooter, and have zero worries.
