Our new roof was recently installed by Titans Roofworks. We are very pleased with the great job that these professionals did.

We spent much time on research of various roofing companies and shingle manufacturers, including Consumer Reports, friends, acquaintances and all the internet references we could find. This turned out to be a very valuable exercise in itself and ultimately helped us with our final decision.
Then we started asking for quotes for the roof work.

Shawn inspected our roof, explained all the detailed options and provided his quote in a very timely & professional manner.
We never felt any pressure to select any particular option.
If fact we decided ourselves to completely replace all the 3/8" plywood with 1/2" plywood because of the wavy appearance and bounce of the 32 year old plywood. We also selected very good quality shingles, by CertainTeed, and roof air vents, by Max Air.
Shawn also provided special wire protection, from any squirrel and racoon activity, below the valleys at the fascia - soffit areas.

After speaking with all the roofing contractors and reviewing all of the quotes we selected Titans Roofworks.
They worked with us on scheduling activities around our life issues.

We were provided with advance information of all upcoming activities such as delivery of the supplies, delivery of waste trailer, start of work date, etc by friendly Nicole.

The two day installation went very smoothly and was done in a very professional manner by a great team of guys.
They left our property clean and tidy.

We chose Titan because our investigation online showed them to be both local and highly reputable.

From the start, Shawn worked with us to explain our options and help us make informed choices. We selected the package that met our needs and scheduled the install.

Sometimes when you undertake a big project, everything goes smoothly. Sometimes it doesn't. It is when it doesn't that you learn very quickly how well you have chosen. When the shingles arrived, they did not match the sample Shawn had received from the manufacturer. To make matters worse, almost 1/2 the roof was done by the time we discovered they were not what they should be.

Shawn's first words were, "Don't worry...we will fix this. If you like the new roof, I'm happy to finish it but it is your choice. This is not what you chose and we will make it right."

We did not like the delivered shingles. Ignoring the materials and labour already invested, they got the right product, removed what had been installed and replaced it all with the materials we had selected. His sent 2 crews to get the job done in the shortest time possible.

The final product is awesome. The final price was the original price quoted. The crews were great and cleaned up everything. When they were done, other than the new roof, it was like they had never been there.

We add our names to the long list of customers who trusted Titan to get the job done, and we are quite satisfied with that choice. The customer service and professionalism on the project were all we could have hoped for and more.

Shawn and team are tops! I had six quotes and his wasn't just the best price, but he provided a level of trust and service that I didn't find with the other contractors. His team got to work within four weeks and completed the entire roof in a day. It was too bad though that his guys didn't say bye when they were done...but hey, if that's my only complaint, you can tell I'm knit picking! Thanks guys! Our roof was last replaced 20 years ago and we had one minor leak last fall that I had patched, but the roof deteriorated more quickly from that point on. Long story short, I hadn't moved quickly enough and was only in the process of receiving estimates when the 126mm rainfall made many fairly severe leaks. Titan had already given us an estimate so we selected them based on a very favourable estimate process (very professional, modern, organized and knowledgable about the products and services and a competitive price) very shortly after. Knowing the condition of the roof they made a great effort to fit us in before the next rainfall and were also prepared to tarp us over if needed until that time.

We were very pleased with the work and the quality of the finished roof which was also installed at the peak of the last heatwave. Ryan was very helpful through the whole process including stepping in to work personally on this job to get it into the schedule and addressing our followup questions. Would definitely recommend.

We decided to add an interview with Titans at the last minute after reading the many positive reviews on HomeStars. Shawn (the owner) ended up being the last interview, & the best: he explained the roofing options & the contract fully, and then accommodated our requests to have some of the material in the contract changed after we decided to change direction & go with a higher-end & fully 50-year warrantied product.
The job had to be rescheduled twice due to unforeseen & unending rains. However, when the crew did show up they did an excellent job, and got along well with our skylights contractor (see review for Andy's Skylights), who was working on the roof on the same days. They were very polite and neat, and made sure that all debris was placed in the wheeled dumpster on the driveway. We have extensive plantings around the house and not even one branch was damaged.
There were a few minor issues after the installation, but Shawn came to inspect the job himself & all corrections were made quickly & to our full satisfaction.
We are very pleased with the completed job and would highly recommend this company.

We priced out multiple companies and they offered the best quote for service. They called back when they said they would and sent someone within 24 hour. Extremely friendly and efficient. Their billing process was accommodating as well. We would highly recommend their service- it's too bade we had just done our roof... Had we sourced out Titan at that time!

We began renovating our home about 4 months ago and the roof was the last thin on our project list. We did a lot of research on this site, BBB and decided on 4 companies to come out and give us a quote. We were impressed by Titans right away. Shawn came when he said he would, was organized and right away we could see that he was different from the other contractors we had dealt with since beginning our remodel. Instead of coming and just giving us a price he really listened to our concerns and gave us options as well as tried to educate us about our home. We went with him and couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. The job started and finished when he said it would and he never asked for a cent until we were completely satisfied with our roof. We recently had our roof re-shingled by Titans.
After meeting with several roofing companies, we chose Shawn and his team because of his professional presentation, honest approach and experience. We made the right choice. Shawn patiently reviewed different options and helped us choose the right solution. There were cheaper options but in the end we decided to spend a little more to get the quality and look we wanted. We decided on the Owens Corning Tru Definition 50 yr shingles with Ridge Venting. We also added some more intake vents to improve the ventilation. Although we have only had a few hot days so far, the difference with ridge venting is really noticeable. The shingles and materials arrived 2 days before roofing day and the team showed up on time and ready. Every one of the guys was pleasant and professional. They were respectful of our time and property and did a great job. There were no surprises or extras. Congratulations Shawn. You and your team are true professionals. You did what you promised - on time and on budget. We are very happy to recommend Titans to anyone looking for a new roof.
