We decided to add an interview with Titans at the last minute after reading the many positive reviews on HomeStars. Shawn (the owner) ended up being the last interview, & the best: he explained the roofing options & the contract fully, and then accommodated our requests to have some of the material in the contract changed after we decided to change direction & go with a higher-end & fully 50-year warrantied product. The job had to be rescheduled twice due to unforeseen & unending rains. However, when the crew did show up they did an excellent job, and got along well with our skylights contractor (see review for Andy's Skylights), who was working on the roof on the same days. They were very polite and neat, and made sure that all debris was placed in the wheeled dumpster on the driveway. We have extensive plantings around the house and not even one branch was damaged. There were a few minor issues after the installation, but Shawn came to inspect the job himself & all corrections were made quickly & to our full satisfaction. We are very pleased with the completed job and would highly recommend this company.

We always try to work with other contractors as best we can and being that we only hire friendly, professional and clean employees this never seems to be a problem we run into. As well we always strive to leave a property the same if not better than how we found it. Also we always take the concerns of a customer seriously, no matter how small, and we make sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied before we call a job completed.
