Shawn and his team at Titan Roofworks replaced the roof on our last house in 2009. We moved 3 years ago and recently noticed a patch of shingles missing from our roof. We thought that this was going to be an expensive problem. I phoned Titan and Shawn came to see us the next day.

Shawn was a bit surprised when my husband answered the door and realized that he was meeting with former customers. Before Shawn even went up to see the roof, he told us that he didn't think the roof was done that long ago (he was correct) and that it's probably not a big issue. He said that is was a simple patch up job and one of Titan's crews were here the next day to repair the area.

Shawn, once again you have proved that you are a good business person and have a great team working for you.

After reading the reviews here on Home Stars, I decided to call Titans Roofworks for an estimate. Don came out the next day to take a look at the roof and provide me with an estimate. Don climbed up on the roof to take a look, something which other roofers did not do, and when he came down he asked me if he could put a couple of shingles on the roof were there was wood exposed. That right there cemented the fact that Titans was going to get the job. And am I ever glad that I called them out. The job was done over the course of a few days, and it was done impeccably. This is most assuredly the most professional company I have ever worked with. Justin and his crew were so polite and worked hard and delivered a picture perfect roof! Thank you Titans Roofworks! You will have all my future business as well as anyone I can recommend you to!

i have only good things to say about these guys. Shaun, the owner, was the third and last quote i received. it was also the highest quote. the reason i chose titans roof works is that Shaun pointed out several things that the other two companies didn't. he suggested that I remove both chimneys, and add an edge vent. this wasn't even mentioned by the other two companies. Shaun knows his stuff. I had an issue with the roof sinking (as strange as that sounds). Shaun looked at it and decided, based on his experience and that of his roofing team that it was perfectly fine. Shaun saved me several thousand dollars with an honest answer. the bigger roofing companies send out their salesmen to get your business, luckily Shaun came out to have a look at it. I would highly suggest that you go with Titans Roofworks but ask for Shaun to come out and look at it. He has the smarts to make it look good and it will be done right. Money well spent.

I got my roof done at the beginning of September, I'm very happy with the job they did. I dealt with Shawn and he was very good answering my questions, also he gave me his recommendations which he explained to me thoroughly.

Only 2 small issues, it took them 3 separate days to finish my roof, it seemed they had multiple jobs going at the same time which meant they came to do my roof on Thursday aft, Friday evening and then again on Monday morning. I had their container on my driveway for almost a week.

Also, I had to call their office twice, once after a month and then again after 3 months to ask about my Certainteed certificate of warranty which they originally told it would take 8-10 weeks to process, they ended filing the warranty with the supplier on Dec 2 2013 when it could have been done earlier, so I'll probably have to wait another 8-10 weeks to receive the certificate.

We chose Titan Roofworks after receiving over 6 other quotations for the replacement of our roof. Although they were not the cheapest, their products they used were after researching, superior to all other quotes. Immediately after contacting Titans Roofworks, Ryan promptly stopped by and provided a detailed quotation of what work was to be done. The crew was polite and showed up on the day scheduled and I was very impressed with the care they took in making sure our landscaped area was protected thorough out the process. Clean up was very good. My neighbour was so impressed with their detail to work, that he has now also had his roof replaced by them. I would definitely recommend Titans Roofworks.

Friendly efficient service, great communication through the entire process. The quotation process was easy, and everything was outlined in accessible terms (to a non-roofer). The cleanup after was immaculate, and the installation crew was very friendly and professional.
I would defiantly recommend Titans to anyone looking for a quality roof!

But we’re not concerned because we recently had our roof replaced by Titans Roofworks Inc. We spent a lot of time researching and received a few quotes. The representative who met with us was professional, comprehensive and went above and beyond to answer our questions. Megan and Tracy did an excellent job coordinating the work and the roof was replaced in one day. Our new roof was recently installed by Titans Roofworks. We are very pleased with the great job that these professionals did.

We spent much time on research of various roofing companies and shingle manufacturers, including Consumer Reports, friends, acquaintances and all the internet references we could find. This turned out to be a very valuable exercise in itself and ultimately helped us with our final decision.
Then we started asking for quotes for the roof work.

Shawn inspected our roof, explained all the detailed options and provided his quote in a very timely & professional manner.
We never felt any pressure to select any particular option.
If fact we decided ourselves to completely replace all the 3/8" plywood with 1/2" plywood because of the wavy appearance and bounce of the 32 year old plywood. We also selected very good quality shingles, by CertainTeed, and roof air vents, by Max Air.
Shawn also provided special wire protection, from any squirrel and racoon activity, below the valleys at the fascia - soffit areas.

After speaking with all the roofing contractors and reviewing all of the quotes we selected Titans Roofworks.
They worked with us on scheduling activities around our life issues.

We were provided with advance information of all upcoming activities such as delivery of the supplies, delivery of waste trailer, start of work date, etc by friendly Nicole.

The two day installation went very smoothly and was done in a very professional manner by a great team of guys.
They left our property clean and tidy.
Everyone we had contact with at Titans Roofworks treated us in a friendly and respectful way.
