I am very happy with my new roof and the service I received. Ryan was great providing the quote. Tracy and Megan were very helpful and provided great communication. The crew that did the roof arrived on time, did a great job, were very respectful and cleaned the site very well. I will recommend this company to others in need of a roofing company. It is hard to find a company that provides a great product with excellent customer services. Titans is the complete package. Thanks for the great roof.

Thanks for the great review Connie. We do try to have the “complete package” at Titans. We do not think it is enough to offer great products and installation. Having friendly and knowledgeable staff throughout your process is equally important. We make sure that all our staff; from the girls in the office to the estimators to the roofers, are all professional and helpful to make your re-roofing experience as smooth as possible. They did a fantastic job of installing a new furnace. This company is A-One. They answer the phone every time you call, they are very accommodating and knowledgeable, and great guys. Janice, the office personnel was very courteous and always responded to emails promptly. I will definitely use them again and I will recommend them to others.

Excellent customer service. The receptionist was very professional. She even called to advise me that Michael would be coming a little early. Michael did a great job and was very polite and courteous. This is a very good company and I will definitely be using this company again.
