We were recently in the market for a roof replacement and obtained visits and quotes from a number of different roofing companies. We were most impressed with Shawn Lowe of Titan RoofWorks. He was very professional, had a thorough grasp and knowledge of his product and explained the work to be done extremely well. We agreed to go ahead with his roof replacement proposal and are extremely satisfied with our decision. The work was carried out on time as promised by Denis and his team that worked well together; and the job once completed exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to strongly recommend Titans Roof Works to members of our family and friends.

From the moment we called Titans Roofworks (April 2013) we were given amazing customer experience. Overall they did an excellent job and delivered every promise on the contract: quality, timeline, cleanup and price. I would definitely recommend them for the roof works even to the closest friends.

I should have written this review much sooner. I had my roof shingles replaced in August 2011. I contacted many contractors for a quote and Shawn at Titan was the only contractor that addressed and included resolutions to the two problems I had with my roof. The other 4 contractors simply quoted what they wanted to quote and did not listen to what I wanted addressed. Shawn thoroughly explained the pros and cons to everything I was considering. Once his quote was complete he was able to create a professional looking quote printed right fromhis truck complete with pictures of my roof. On the day the roof was replaced he sent 2 crews, probably not a normal occurance, and they were able to complete the job in one long day. With 10 people on the roof I thought it might be a problem, but the work was completed and everything looks great. The team cleaned up the yard after the work was complete even though it was starting to get dark and they ahad all had a long hot day. We have had no problems with the roof and would recommend Shawn and Titan Roofworks to anyone. Thanks Shawn!!

Titan replaced my roof shingles in the fall of 2012. Having functioned flawlessly through a severe winter, heavy rains and winds, I can rate Titans professionalism and workmanship of the highest quality. I was impressed by Shawn’s (owner/operator) overall customer service, competitive pricing, honesty and customer satisfaction. Although busy, he managed to complete the job within 2 days of signing the deal because he considered my existing leaky roof as a top priority. Also impressed, my neighbour contracted Titan for his roof. I predict Shawn and his company will continue to grow successfully as his reputation for quality and professionalism flourishes in this completive segment of the reno market.

I called a couple roofing companies in Milton and neither showed up at my house. I called Titans and spoke with Tracey and she was very helpful, she explained all the charges involved and guy showed up around 1 hour later and the work completed and I am very satisfied. Would use Titans again.

I have the unique experience of using Titans Roofworks twice now. For my first project, I contacted five contractors before settling on Titans for the project. I was very pleased with the work they did. I subsequently moved from that house to another residence that required roof work. The second time around was much easier as I only had to make one phone call.

I was very satisfied with Shawn and the Titans team the first time around that it only made sense to use Titans again. The second project was much larger but once again Titans did not disappoint. Once again, the project was done very well and within the estimated time that was indicated.

I can say with absolute confidence that you will not be disappointed with the work done by Titans. I was satisified the first time and there was nothing that prevented me from being satisfied the second time around. They do excellent work and I would recommend them to my friends and family. I encourage you to consider them for your roof work. You will not be disappointed.

They didn't honour their warranty. Disappointing. After having the roof for 7 years shingles blew off the roof. It was suppose to have a 12 year workmanship warranty and a 30 year shingle warranty. Would not recommend them to anyone.

We needed to have the roof replaced and are glad we decided on TitansRoofworks to do the work.

We had previously unsatisfactory experiences with 2 other roofing companies that had done repairs and saw one other company putting up shingles in the area near our house and we were not impressed with what we saw happening.

After reviewing the Homestars reviews for Titans and doing some independent research into brands of shingles and approximate pricing for what we were looking to have done we gave Titans a call to arrange for an estimate.

Responses to any questions both before and after the estimate was obtained were quick and Shawn and the office staff were always ready and willing to answer any questions we had and there were a number of questions.

Once we had decided to have Titans do the work we met with Shawn and quickly felt that he knew what he was doing and cared about the work and his customers.

What also impressed me was the importance he placed on the safety of the crews he hires. We have a very high and steep roof which presented it's own challenges especially during the hot days the work was scheduled to be done.

The recommended skylight replacement and upgraded venting as well as using the specific brand of shingles recommended all made sense to us after discussing the matter with Shawn so we also had those items done and are glad we did.

The price was fair and worth it for the better quality materials and feeling of trust in the company that did the work, as well as the quality of the work that was done. The roof looks professionally installed including very neat and clean lines.

In short we are pleased with the customer service experience with Titansroofworks, please with the roofing work done by TitansRoofworks and would highly recommend them to anyone else needing to have roofing work done.

Over all they did a good job. They gave me a completion date and met it. The owner was very good to work with and answered every question and concern we had.
The price was fair. over all I'm very happy with the job.
Only thing that I would complain about is the removal of our old shingles with a pitch fork. Their gallery pictures show that they do not use a pitch fork for removal of old shingles but they did. The clean up effort could have been a little better, as days went by I continued to find nails in the driveway, portions of shingles around the complete house, and metal cut off's from the metal flashing for the chimneys.
