Swat Wildlife and Insulation

A racoon had basically moved onto my 3rd floor deck and was even using it as a toilet! Ken and Adrian showed up and managed to get the racoon to leave (it was quite a large, very aggressive male) and then quickly screened the area that the racoon had been using. They were polite and quickly sorted the problem out. I'm very pleased with the way they handled things.

Derick came round and diagnosed our problem as Raccoons and/or squirrels in the roof. He installed one-way doors and came a week later to repair the roof, including metal under the shingles to stop future problems. He also recommended a workman called Paul from Ontario Tower Removal who came and took down our old TV antenna, which the wildlife was using as a stairway to our roof. In general, SWAT Wildlife did a great job and their costs were very reasonable. compared to the costs of other roofing contractors, who did not have experience dealing with wildlife removal.

I called SWAT as they were recommended to me by a pest control company as highly recommended. Derick visited my house and investigated what we beleived to be the point of entry into the attic by both the birds and the squirrel. After a thorough review to ensure there were no other points of entry, Derick installed a one way door to ensure the squirrel was no longer in the attic and will return in a few days time to remove the door and permanently seal the entrance. He also removed the birds nest in the attic. Derick was thorough and knowledgeable. I wanted him to install a wire ame box around the dryer vent and he talked me out of spending the 25 dollar fee as the cover is already working fine. Great service. Highly recommended.

Had a racoon trapped in my garage. Although we never actually caught him, the SWAT guys were great. Spent a lot of time with me on the phone before they came. Gave me good advice that I followed and think lured the littleguy out of my garage on his own. Ken showed up on time and left me feeling very confident about the work. I would call them in a heartbeat if I ever had pest control needs again.

Who wants racoon problems? No one and you sure want the problem dealt with ASAP. Derick at SWAT was great - he phoned back right away on a Sunday; showed up the very next day on time; explained the process; was polite; and, cleaned everything up. WOW - very impressive and thanks!!

I live in an area of downtown Toronto, where raccoons and squirrel problems are rampant. I called SWAT Wildlife to give me a help with the problem. Derick came and was extremely helpful. He was very personable, friendly and took the time to examine the problem from the inside of the house to the outside as well. He handled the situation super professionally. As he was working a few of the neighbours walked by. I spoke with a few of them and they both had used SWAT Wildlife to help with their issues and were also impressed by the service. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone in a similar situation and would use them again, if the situation happened again.

The technician Ken was very competent, efficient and professional. He came out on Saturday soon after we called. We had had a bad experience with another so called squirrel removal service.We will recommend Swat to all those who need service in our squirrel infested neighbourhood.Thank you!

A squirrel got into our chimney and was trapped for some time. We called SWAT having read good reviews about them on this site. Derek promptly came by to assess the situation and install a temporary ladder for the squirrel to escape. He returned on schedule to finish the job and re-cap our chimney - no worries and no hassles for us as we were able to rely totally on their expertise and great customer service. If you ever have a wildlife issue - call these guys. They are the best.

I did a search online and came across SWAT Wildlife. I spoke with their office and found them to be helpful and informative (not sales-y). I was walked through their costs and what to expect when the technician arrives. The initial cost is reasonable @ $225 - additional cost will be applied dependent on the outcome of inspection. I was able to schedule an inspection on a weekend, and the times available were accomodating. I booked an inspection on Sat btwn 10-12 am and Ken, their technician, arrived right at 10. We were very happy about that. Ken was professional, knowledgeable, and his explanations were thorough. He inspected the outside, the inside, and the roof of the garage. The work was started immediately and completed cleanly. Follow-up service is included and work is guaranteed for a year. I think it's worthwhile to mention it was freezing cold outside and was snowing. Thanks SWAT Wildlife, and thanks Ken for your help!
