A racoon had basically moved onto my 3rd floor deck and was even using it as a toilet! Ken and Adrian showed up and managed to get the racoon to leave (it was quite a large, very aggressive male) and then quickly screened the area that the racoon had been using. They were polite and quickly sorted the problem out. I'm very pleased with the way they handled things.

Who wants racoon problems? No one and you sure want the problem dealt with ASAP. Derick at SWAT was great - he phoned back right away on a Sunday; showed up the very next day on time; explained the process; was polite; and, cleaned everything up. WOW - very impressive and thanks!!
