I phoned swat this morning for a racoon removal in my chimney/ceiling. They set up an appointment that afternoon. Ken gave me a call about an hour before the appointment to confirm, he showed up right on time and an hour and a bit later he had finished his assessment and completed the work. He Made a plan to come back in 3-4 days to remove the one way door and replace it with something more permanent (included in cost, don't need to be home). Professional, FAST, EASY, reasonable price.
