Completely satisfied. Three storey house with birds nesting inside the roof. No other company would touch the job without added cost for additional equipment and time. Derick and team handled it with minimum expense and 100% professional results. Our neighbor ended up using them as well once he saw the level of work being done. We'll absolutely recommend Swat Wildlife to family and friends.

Old house with scratching sounds in walls...have had other wildlife removal companies around before with their hefty bills and no results. Called SWAT and was delighted with Ken's THOROUGH inspection and courtesy. The bill was reasonable, too!

Had a problem with raccoon's in the chimney, we could hear them running up and down. I started to get nervous when I noticed the mortar coming out of the brick (exposed brick chimney). I gave Swat Wildlife a call and Ken came within a couple of days. Within a week the raccoon's were out and the chimney was capped. The service received by this company was outstanding!!! I keep their business card handy and will recommend this company to everyone!! Thank you Swat!!!

We had issues with squirrels in our attic for several weeks. Other companies have come and gone, but no one could find the source. SWAT sent a technician to our townhouse in short (i.e under 24 hours) notice. Our inspector's name was Ken, and right away he was clearly very knowledgeable. Great communication from him as we walked through all the issues, whereas some other pest control companies just took a spray and pray style approach. It probably took him 20 minutes to identify the source of the squirrels. Seemed like he had great intuition on this. Both my wife and I were incredibly happy that we hired SWAT, and would highly recommend them to any friends or family.

Ken came by on short notice and helped not only with our raccoon problem but provided advise on how best to handle the mess they made of our roof. SWAT was recommended to us by a family member and I will certainly pass the word about the terrific service we received.

SWAT Wildlife humanely removed a mother skunk and three babies that were living in a burrow under the concrete porch at our workplace in a large commercial complex with huge parking lots. I had called Derrick because we happened to find out that the company that normally does wildlife removal for our complex kills the animals after they trap them. Unfortunately, they had already trapped and killed a six week old baby skunk.
Derick installed a strong wire mesh around the porch and a one way door for the mom to exit and a small hole for the babies in case they didn't know how to use the door. They all came out the first night, and mom could not go back in or dig. The babies however liked their burrow so much they still used it. Four days later when we had the babies safely out of the borrow and in sight Derick filled in the trench to cover the mesh. This ensures that we will not have anymore skunks trying to make a home under the porch.
Unfortunately, mother skunk did not remove her babies from our complex with its huge parking lots and traffic and she did not appear for two days. We took the babies to a wildlife rehabilitator where they will be taken care of untill old enough to be released.
Derick was kind and attentive with the baby skunks. He is very good at making the property owner happy while at the same time taking care to gently remove your unwanted animal guests. I would definitely recommend SWAT's services. They are a little more affordable than other equally highly rated companies.

Excellent service from Swat. They arrived, set up the one-way trap door so that the racoons could safely leave and not return to chimney. They followed up a few days later to make sure the racoons were gone and capped the chimney. Polite, professional and well-priced.

The response was prompt, and the inspection by Derick was thorough and well explained. He was confident in his repairs and that the racoon would exit with babies within a period of a few days, which happened roughly on time. The warranty is also a good feature.

I heard a sound under my couch. I know what a mouse sounds like and this was no mouse. SWAT couldn't come that night but arranged for someone to come out first thing in the morning before already scheduled appts. Derick lifted up the couch and after a bit of a chase caught and released a squirrel. Thanks. I could never have dealt with this on my own.
