Swat Wildlife and Insulation

My contractors were working on the front of my house when one of them called me at work and described an animal inside my roof system. I called SWAT and they were able to send someone right away. Derick came directly on time and promptly described what he would do and the fees involved. He was there for about an hour and cleaned out four birds' nests and managed to get rid of the angry pregnant squirrel that had taken over inside my roof. Derick sealed up the entry point and we have been problem free since. Very professional and courteous.

We had raccoons living under our sunroom and deck. I called and within an hour, Ken was there and did the installation that day. He was professional and did a great job. The next day on a long weekend, he came back within an hour of my calling to fix the trap door that was stuck in the mud, due to the rain. The service was the best. Great choice and I recommend SWAT highly.

At 9p on a Saturday my neighbor texted me a picture of a large hole in my roof as she had heard scratching in the ceiling the previous night. As heavy rain was predicted for the next day - I called around that same night and not were SWAT (I think it was Derek) the only ones to answer their phone, they also agreed to come out the following day to at very least protect it from the impending rain. They came out, discovered it was raccoons, put on a one-way door and ultimately fixed the problem. Derek was a great guy and I wholeheartedly appreciate his extraordinarily quick response to my problem.

SWAT was prompt, helpful, professional and passionate. They were also the most reasonably priced company I researched. Both the dispatcher/receptionist and the guy who did the work were wonderful and clearly very dedicated to their jobs. Ken was particularly enthusiastic about his work! Their strategy for solving our raccoon issue was very humane and will last for a long time (blocking off all access with strong wire mesh). Thank you to Patty, Ken and the whole SWAT team!

I called SWAT on a Friday night (of the long weekend) to help with a racoon that was stuck in my attic. The technician arrived within a half-hour, scaled my 3-story house like Spiderman and built a one-way door to allow the critter to escape. The service was fast and very professional. They even followed up the next day (Saturday)! Thanks SWAT!

SWAT was recommended by my neighbours as the squirrel they had to move out last year, had moved in under my 3rd story eaves. Another wildlife removal company I had contacted had refused to go up to the narrow spot between the homes but Derek had no issue. Knowledgeable and humane. The babies were relocated close by so that squirrel mother would not rip apart the eaves looking for them. Thanks!

Derek came to humanely help get out the squirrels that made a home in our slate roof. It's a tricky job and he not only took care of them he also fixed our roof! He also checked all our attic spaces and secured the roof from more animals. He came back to remove the door promptly. He was very nice and did a thorough job and ended up saving me some money on the roof repair. I would highly recommend him.

Called SWAT to handle a difficult bird removal from 3 story home. Derick fixed problem where no other company wanted to touch. Ran into an issue where neighbour wouldn't allow accessto property. Derick from SWAT was patient and once issue was resolved Derick came back to finish off the work at no extra cost. I'm in the customer service business and truly SWAT is a customer satisfaction oriented company. I will recommend to my business partners for sure!! Thx Derick and SWAT.

I suspected racoons were living in my attic and called SWAT Wildlife. A lady picked up my call and was very helpful in answering some of my questions. Derrick was able to come out the next morning and survey the situation. Unlike many other competitors who couldn't schedule a visit for another week. Anyhow, Derrick quickly confirmed the problem, found the entry point, even took a picture of it, and then took the time to explain my options both in treatment and prevention and their respective rates. Rates are reasonable IMO. At no point did he try to put pressure on me to accept his service either. He did the work quickly and with good quality (I inspected after). Overall, it was a pleasant experience and will definitely recommend others to Derrick and SWAT Wildlife.

Had a problem this spring with squirrels making a nest under our 2nd-floor deck. Swat Wildlife sent Derick the following day - he was great. He arrived on time. He was able to remove my deck boards, clean out the nest, ensure there were no babies or wildlife left, and replaced the boards beautifully. Installed strong wire mesh to prevent the problem from recurring. Stuck to his quoted price. Overall I was very pleased with Derick's professional, friendly, prompt and capable service.
