Swat Wildlife and Insulation

We have had bad odour in basement for over 3 weeks. Called the Swat Wildlife and was glad to say Ken found and removed animal from our inside wall. He also disinfected area and removed all garbage. Ken and Bruce also screened all around deck so no further incidents will happen!! I'm so happy with service and would recommend it to all my friends and family!!!!!

Ken was just brilliant. He was patient, thorough, professional and proactive.
He was patient in explaining the procedure for helping us get rid of our raccoons. He realized that there was a language barrier with my neighbours with whom I had to try and slowly explain the procedure/ process and he didn’t make us feel rushed or cause greater confusion by speaking quickly – he took his time which was very helpful.
He was thorough in that he took the time to inspect both our roofs (we have a semi-detached home and therefore share a roof). He took the time to inspect where the racoons were coming in from, where they tried to come in from where they’re probably resting through the day and also made us aware of what damage they had caused while on top of our roof and inside our attic.
He was professional by telling us what our options were but didn’t push – no hard sales, just recommendations and sound advice. He didn’t make us feel cornered or threatened, he was just helpful providing us with his trained expertise which I really appreciated. He gave us a quote before he started and stuck to his price. He didn’t try and swindle more money after he did his job. He even came back to make some adjustments (at no extra charge) when I continued to hear noises in the attic.
He was proactive in fixing some of the minor damages caused by the raccoons while on the roof without asking – he just did it - it shows he really cares and once again, that meant a lot to me.
I would call upon Ken again in the future if need be and recommend his work to everyone.
My only wish was that they’d have the authority to trap and take the raccoons far, far away or euthanize them - that way they wouldn’t linger around in the neighbourhood and potentially return.

I went into my detached garage to discover a hole in my roof and 3 sets of raccoon eyes staring back at me. After unsuccessfully trying to scare them out on my own, I called SWAT and they had Ken over first thing the next morning. Ken was able to get the little guy out, fixed up two holes AND reshingled over it. Amazing service, I would definitely recommend to anyone.

My contractors were working on the front of my house when one of them called me at work and described an animal inside my roof system. I called SWAT and they were able to send someone right away. Derick came directly on time and promptly described what he would do and the fees involved. He was there for about an hour and cleaned out four birds' nests and managed to get rid of the angry pregnant squirrel that had taken over inside my roof. Derick sealed up the entry point and we have been problem free since. Very professional and courteous.

We had raccoons living under our sunroom and deck. I called and within an hour, Ken was there and did the installation that day. He was professional and did a great job. The next day on a long weekend, he came back within an hour of my calling to fix the trap door that was stuck in the mud, due to the rain. The service was the best. Great choice and I recommend SWAT highly.

At 9p on a Saturday my neighbor texted me a picture of a large hole in my roof as she had heard scratching in the ceiling the previous night. As heavy rain was predicted for the next day - I called around that same night and not were SWAT (I think it was Derek) the only ones to answer their phone, they also agreed to come out the following day to at very least protect it from the impending rain. They came out, discovered it was raccoons, put on a one-way door and ultimately fixed the problem. Derek was a great guy and I wholeheartedly appreciate his extraordinarily quick response to my problem.

SWAT was prompt, helpful, professional and passionate. They were also the most reasonably priced company I researched. Both the dispatcher/receptionist and the guy who did the work were wonderful and clearly very dedicated to their jobs. Ken was particularly enthusiastic about his work! Their strategy for solving our raccoon issue was very humane and will last for a long time (blocking off all access with strong wire mesh). Thank you to Patty, Ken and the whole SWAT team!

I called SWAT on a Friday night (of the long weekend) to help with a racoon that was stuck in my attic. The technician arrived within a half-hour, scaled my 3-story house like Spiderman and built a one-way door to allow the critter to escape. The service was fast and very professional. They even followed up the next day (Saturday)! Thanks SWAT!

SWAT was recommended by my neighbours as the squirrel they had to move out last year, had moved in under my 3rd story eaves. Another wildlife removal company I had contacted had refused to go up to the narrow spot between the homes but Derek had no issue. Knowledgeable and humane. The babies were relocated close by so that squirrel mother would not rip apart the eaves looking for them. Thanks!
