My wife and I started hearing a high pitch noise from our air conditioner. Called Max based on his great reviews on Homestars, and he was very flexible in scheduling an inspection. Arrived exactly on time, immediately identified the source of the noise, and fixed it very quickly by re-securing a loose fan. No hassle or upsell on a fancy new A/C. Just great service, on time and at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend Max for any future repair work.

We had issues with squirrels in our attic for several weeks. Other companies have come and gone, but no one could find the source. SWAT sent a technician to our townhouse in short (i.e under 24 hours) notice. Our inspector's name was Ken, and right away he was clearly very knowledgeable. Great communication from him as we walked through all the issues, whereas some other pest control companies just took a spray and pray style approach. It probably took him 20 minutes to identify the source of the squirrels. Seemed like he had great intuition on this. Both my wife and I were incredibly happy that we hired SWAT, and would highly recommend them to any friends or family.
