Poor Customer Service - Do not stand by their product.
Reached out to the company 5 months after installation. It took numerous attempts to get hold of someone in service. (blame it on Covid) I had 3 problems: patio door lock and 2 windows with internal scratches that would have been done at the factory level. The lock was repaired within a month. The scratches inside the two panes of glass that a human does not have access to is NOT covered under warranty. You have 2 weeks to notice and get back to them. REALLY!!! Doesn't say that anywhere. I would have to pay for the glass replacement. BUYER BEWARE.... SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.
