Reached out to the company 5 months after installation. It took numerous attempts to get hold of someone in service. (blame it on Covid) I had 3 problems: patio door lock and 2 windows with internal scratches that would have been done at the factory level. The lock was repaired within a month. The scratches inside the two panes of glass that a human does not have access to is NOT covered under warranty. You have 2 weeks to notice and get back to them. REALLY!!! Doesn't say that anywhere. I would have to pay for the glass replacement. BUYER BEWARE.... SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Had a problem with raccoon's in the chimney, we could hear them running up and down. I started to get nervous when I noticed the mortar coming out of the brick (exposed brick chimney). I gave Swat Wildlife a call and Ken came within a couple of days. Within a week the raccoon's were out and the chimney was capped. The service received by this company was outstanding!!! I keep their business card handy and will recommend this company to everyone!! Thank you Swat!!!
