Swat Wildlife and Insulation

At 9p on a Saturday my neighbor texted me a picture of a large hole in my roof as she had heard scratching in the ceiling the previous night. As heavy rain was predicted for the next day - I called around that same night and not were SWAT (I think it was Derek) the only ones to answer their phone, they also agreed to come out the following day to at very least protect it from the impending rain. They came out, discovered it was raccoons, put on a one-way door and ultimately fixed the problem. Derek was a great guy and I wholeheartedly appreciate his extraordinarily quick response to my problem.
