Ken was just brilliant. He was patient, thorough, professional and proactive.
He was patient in explaining the procedure for helping us get rid of our raccoons. He realized that there was a language barrier with my neighbours with whom I had to try and slowly explain the procedure/ process and he didn’t make us feel rushed or cause greater confusion by speaking quickly – he took his time which was very helpful.
He was thorough in that he took the time to inspect both our roofs (we have a semi-detached home and therefore share a roof). He took the time to inspect where the racoons were coming in from, where they tried to come in from where they’re probably resting through the day and also made us aware of what damage they had caused while on top of our roof and inside our attic.
He was professional by telling us what our options were but didn’t push – no hard sales, just recommendations and sound advice. He didn’t make us feel cornered or threatened, he was just helpful providing us with his trained expertise which I really appreciated. He gave us a quote before he started and stuck to his price. He didn’t try and swindle more money after he did his job. He even came back to make some adjustments (at no extra charge) when I continued to hear noises in the attic.
He was proactive in fixing some of the minor damages caused by the raccoons while on the roof without asking – he just did it - it shows he really cares and once again, that meant a lot to me.
I would call upon Ken again in the future if need be and recommend his work to everyone.
My only wish was that they’d have the authority to trap and take the raccoons far, far away or euthanize them - that way they wouldn’t linger around in the neighbourhood and potentially return.
