I would highly recommend Marcello for any plumbing needs. I've called three other plumbers to fix a grease buildup in my kitchen sink and no one was able to fix the problem. In an hour, Marcello was able to remove the buildup and have my sink draining properly. Couldn't recommend him enough!

It was cool out at night and They offered to deliver electric heaters to the house for our comfort.

I had no hot water from a 6 year old solar water system that velux no longer serviced in Canada. I had another contractor look at the system and they automatically said replace with conventional system. Adrian properly assessed the issue to be excess calcium deposits in the tank and showed me how to flush the system. The tank is working perfectly and did not need to be replaced at huge cost. This is a delayed review as well. I cannot recall how much we paid, but I can tell you it was worth it. I originally went with another supplier and it was a mistake. Once I realized I made a mistake, I gave them a call and asked them to help. They were extraordinary. High quality boiler and installation. They fixed issues with our radiant floor as well. The skilled talent and the sales representatives were very good and ensured that I was satisfied. I have recommended them many times since.

This is a rather delayed review but a couple years ago I had issues with my Viessmann boiler. In fact the real issue related to the chimney. I had called many places for help and was placed on a long wait list. When I called Copperhead they came right away. Mansour was truly amazing. A consummate professional. He went way and above to get things up and running once we could deal with our chimney issues. He later came to do a boiler service for us and again he was amazing. Polite, extremely knowledgeable, and right on time. I have, and will continue to, recommend Copperhead to all my friends.

Adrian and his team at Copperhead did a full replacement of our heating and hot water system. They installed a high-efficiency Veissman system and installed new pipes to all of our radiators. The work was done professional, on time, and at a reasonable price given the scope of the project. Their ongoing support has also been excellent, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
