While I normally don’t take the time to offer feedback on my experience with products and/or services, I have made an exception, in this case, for reasons that will be made clear.
I originally contacted Centennial Windows and Doors for an estimate on some work that I needed to have done on my home. Todd, the sales consultant who I soon met afterwards, arrived with several samples of the window and accessory equipment that is used by Centennial . He took the time to walk me through some of the various technical aspects of window manufacture and installation while pointing out many of the superior features of the Centennial brand, some of which, like the proprietary German manufactured gasket sealer, I learned from my own research, were at the leading edge of the window and door manufacture industry. Given the company’s 30+ years of experience, awards, predominantly positive customer feedback, no quibble plus transferable lifetime warranty, and focus on innovation, I agreed to have Centennial replace 5 windows and one sliding patio door for me.
Kevin and Abe, the two installation technicians who later arrived to install my order did so with the utmost of professionalism and dedication to their craft. They kept the work area as clean as possible, worked from 9am till 6pm, with no breaks, and, as I learned later on, did this following and prior to a 1.5 hour commute from the Centennial factory in London to my home in Burlington. Their outstanding work ethic, and prevailing reason for this endorsement, was made even more evident to me when they took the time necessary to properly install my new patio door over a botched DIY installation from the previous owner that was uncovered near the end of their 9 hour work day, not including commutes. I leave it to the reader to draw his/her own conclusions as to the quality of these two employees.
The company appears to be at the higher end of the price spectrum but, as always, one ultimately will receive what one pays for. In my own opinion, the investment is a solid one.
Thank you gentlemen and thank you Centennial.
Gus, Burlington
