Central Air/Gas Furnace

Originally had a Lennox system installed at my home 3 years ago and was impressed, so my daughter had a Goodman system installed. Excellent workmanship and 30% less than other quotes.

Furnace/AC/Hot Water/Gas Fireplace

We had not considered the Comfort Shoppe until we were looking for a Gas Fireplace. After speaking with Lisa and hearing what was available to us, we knew immediately that we would be using them for our installation and follow up. The installers were prompt and courteous working with very little supervision, yet took the time to make sure we knew their plan at all times. Thank you to everyone we had contact with during our installation.

Hot tub

Bought a Viking hot tub plug and play off Ray (very nice) however at purchase we were told to put in outdoor plug and hot tub would heat up 6-8 degrees and hour. After hot tub arrived it kept blowing breaker. Talked to Tina and was informed it already had an outdoor plug and needed to switch electrical . . . And hot tub heats up 1-2 degrees an hour more in cold weather. All in all happy with tub just wished we were informed properly. As well cover has a slight cut in it and threads are pulling away from cover (pics sent to comfort shoppe ) after 2 months and was told we had to take cover off and bring in and provide credit card just in case it wasn't covered. I don't know how to take cover off and feel comfort shoppe should take off and cover as it has a 2 year warranty. If cover rips after 2 months and have hard time replacing how long will tub last? Very nervous and frustrated

A/C install

The Comfort Shoppe were great for my install of a new A/C unit. Some other vendors that I had come in for a quote said they would not install the A/C unit where I wanted it, saying that 40feet from the furnace to the A/C is too far away and the A/C won’t work. Comfort Shoppe said it was no problem, and they installed it right where I wanted it (who wants the A/C unit right next to your deck in the backyard anyway?). The install happened about 2 weeks after the contract was signed. The install took about 7 hours, and was completed in one day. The A/C was running great on the install day, but we have not ran it since, because its been too cold outside to turn the A/C back on, but we are looking forward to the summer and finally having A/C in the house.

Hot Tub

My wife and I decided to purchase a hot tub so we went and looked at The Comfort Shoppe and the staff (Tina) was very knowledgeable. She went over how to operate it as well as maintenance. The guys who delivered it were very friendly and helpful. A great experience overall.

Hot Water Tank install

Found them on HomeStars and arranged for a Hot Water heater to be installed. They arrived an hour early but luckily someone was home so when I arrived I spoke the Gentlemen doing the install 1 was his first day on the job so I told the senior employee to keep an eye on him as it looked like he was doing most of the work. Anyway when the job was finished and they left I was cleaning up as they left a bit of a mess, not too bad but I was a little upset that they dumped a a bunch of solder pieces in our sink and on our front porch they scuffed up the concrete where the old water heater was placed while being removed. As far as the workmanship went I noticed that the line in to the tank was not at a 90 degree angle, it looks like they cut 1 piece too small and instead of cutting it the correct size they just forced it into place now there is no leak so I guess everything is ok but I called the Comfort Shoppe and was told to send him some pictures which I did and after 2 weeks passed I called again, they apologized and told me they would take a look and get back to me which they never did. Al and all they were polite when speaking with me and like I said everything seems to be working.
