The Comfort Shoppe

The Comfort Shoppe quickly installed a gas insert fireplace, gas hot water tank, and line for the barbecue all within a week of visiting their showroom. Very pleased with the service and am loving the new fireplace!

We recently had our annual fireplace maintenance completed by Andrew from The Comfort Shoppe. He was prompt, very knowledgeable and friendly and we would highly recommend him. It's an old fireplace but looks and works great. Andrew really took his time to give it a thorough cleaning. Great job as always.

Our 10 year old furnace stopped heating and just cycled through the start up.
Called Comfort Shoppe that morning and by late afternoon the service tech arrived and within minutes had the furnace heating the house. It seemed a hose had been clogged.
He suggested a maintenance call at a later date, as the furnace had not been serviced for about 5 years.
He was polite and courteous to my wife, explaining everything he was doing and took the time to show her the problem. She didn't feel like he was dismissing her concerns and answered all her questions. Furnace works like a dream. We're still getting the maintenance done and Comfort Shoppe will do it.

I found the comfort shop to be fast efficient and professional. I originally had them come for a repair but my unit was far too old. I then checked with them and others for a new unit. I found them to offer the best price and best service, they booked around my schedule and I am pleased with the results.

Totally professional! We had them come out to fix our old one. Parts were more then the unit was worth. (10yrs) old. We had them install a new unit. Could not be happier with the service from start to finish. Showed up on time cleaned up after themselves. Finished the job in a timely fashion!

We had a Heat pump and Air Furnace installed, Glenn made sure everything was looked after before (Jerry and Dan) even arrived. He was a wealth of knowledge to work with and his staff were professional and courteous. All communications were answered quickly, which is so unusual with companies these days. We are glad we choose Comfort shoppe and would highly recommend them to anyone! Great price and great work, what more could you ask for!
