We had bought our original furnace from Comfort Shoppe in Bowmanville, when we converted from Electric to Forced Air Gas, 20 years ago.
The service was good and the installation on time. Only 1 service call on the Lennox Furnace till a couple of weeks ago and then suddenly no heat.
One call to The Comfort Shoppe, the next morning Jake arrived, inspected the furnace and we reviewed the options.
It did not take long to decide and the next day we had a new Lennox furnace installed and with the rebates it was well worth making the decision.
Would highly recommend The Comfort Shoppe.

After reporting our electric furnace & heat pump had stopped working on the coldest day of the winter this year, it was more than 24 hours before we had a visit from any of the service team. This was after I let them know that I had a husband @ home who was very ill with cancer & I needed to keep him warm. I really feel that the response time was poor & how do their priorities in emergencies work?

Had to replace our oil furnace and remove oil tank for insurance purposes. Comfort Shoppe gave us the best quote for quality equipment and handled the co-ordination with Superior Propane. The owner especially was a huge help and took the time to explain the variety of furnaces and which one would fit best in my home and was installed days after ordering the furnace with no issues.
