The Comfort Shoppe

Over the course of a few years we had the Comfort Shoppe over to install a brand new Goodman gas furnace with variable speed blower and Air Conditioning unit, followed in short order by a gas pool heater. All systems have been running flawlessly since originally installed and required minimal service intervention beyond the regularly scheduled maintenance. We've noticed a measurable improvement, especially with the even tempuratures during the hottest and coldest days. With the pool heater, we are able to get another month and a half out of the summer seaon and loving it.

After have our old furnace cleaned for the coming season, we were chatting with the technician about soon needing to replace it, he advised us the government rebates would soon be coming promised to let us know when they were available. He did as he promised, and we were able to get a new, efficient furnace and AC that suits our house much better! Two other technicians installed the new system in only 2 days. They were very professional and cleaned everything up after they were done. They answered all my questions (including could someone come back in run a gas line to our kitchen for a gas stove)! We are very happy with the products, labour and company!

The Comfort Shoppe was one of six estimates I considered. They were one of the better prices. The two installers that came were the most polite and tidy workers I have ever encountered. It was not an easy job as they had to install all the duct work and returns in a crawl space some thirty inches high and the daily temperatures were in the 30c range for the entire period they took to put in my furnace and tankless water heater. Each day, if there was any dirt or debris, they would sweep and vacumn and always left our home spotless. When the job was done they spent some time going over the operation of the equipment with me and assured me if I had any questions that they would be available to answer them at any time. All in all this was a very gratifying experience and the product that I bought is working better than I anticipated ( it is now 8c and I never know when the furnace is on as it is so quiet but the house is always cozy ) I have recommended this company to everyone that has asked how the installation went and would highly recommend The Comfort Shoppe to anyone intending to install any heating devices.

I walked into The Comfort Shoppe and was greeted by a wonderful young man who guided me thru the Hot Tub scenario. Nick was very helpful, kind and courteous and if he wasn't sure about something he called his superior, so I trusted him and felt very comfortable making such a large purchase on my own. They kept to their word and everything worked out perfect. My hot tub was installed two days later in a very professional, timely manner and I am very happy with my purchase. I always recommend Nick and the Comfort Shoppe because they made me feel confident with my purchase and service.

The Comfort Shoppe helped me pick out the furnace and air conditioner that was appropriate for my home, the fellows that installed it were helpful, friendly and did a good professional job. The company was easy to deal with and answered every e-mail and phone call quickly and handled rebate information for me. They arranged financing for me and helped me make decisions that were in my best interest. Overall I'm very pleased and would reccomend them to anyone.

Due to a modification, my water heater was required to be inspected. Comfort Shoppe provided a technician and he promptly and professionally performed the isnpection report for a reasonable price.

We got a very good price for a high efficiency furnace and they came and removed my old boiler system in the middle of the winter. They even supplied space heaters for the one night without heat. I would recommend them for furnace replacement.
