After returning to re-repair a tub drain leak five times, the fifth time with two workers on site, the new repair gave way after a week of use. The worker who showed up for the fifth repair kept complaining "I'm so, tired, I wish I was home." I should have gone with me instincts and thrown him out. Instead, five repair attempts and 5 weeks later, I've got a leak. What really infuriates me is no follow up contact from Pete. You would think after all this trouble for a simple job, they would show some professionalism and follow up. They did not. The office staff were very surly about scheduling rebookings, even saying "we normally don't come back after 3 repair attempts."
I never want to hear from Pete the Plumber again.
