After returning to re-repair a tub drain leak five times, the fifth time with two workers on site, the new repair gave way after a week of use. The worker who showed up for the fifth repair kept complaining "I'm so, tired, I wish I was home." I should have gone with me instincts and thrown him out. Instead, five repair attempts and 5 weeks later, I've got a leak. What really infuriates me is no follow up contact from Pete. You would think after all this trouble for a simple job, they would show some professionalism and follow up. They did not. The office staff were very surly about scheduling rebookings, even saying "we normally don't come back after 3 repair attempts." I never want to hear from Pete the Plumber again.

We sincerely apologize for your less than adequate service. Obviously we cannot tell from this posting what call this pertains to, but it certainly does not sound like Pete-he returns and responds to all concerns. We would be happy to discuss further, and certainly value customer feedback. As well as a rule we do not send two technicians, so this must have been a particular situation.
