My hot water tank blew out at 9 AM on a Saturday morning. By 3 PM Pete and his crew have it replaced, my furnace room is spotless, and it was showers and laundry as usual. So quick, so neat and tidy, and professional.

We found Pete the Plumber on homestars and got an estimate to install a garbage disposal and dishwasher we had purchased. They were very competative in pricing and the installer was very clean and very helpful in answering my wifes questions. We now have a plumber and wouldnt dream of using anyone else.

Had two hot water tanks installed in Aug 2012. Technicians were on time and did a great job overall. Left a bit of mess but otherwise great service. Gave me some suggestions to keep the tanks working over many years

My HW tank finally stopped working reliably, got PTP to put in a new one. First off, they use Rheem tanks which are a top of the line brand and come with a ten year warranty. Installer came on time, promptly replaced my old one, also fixed a leak from a repair I made a while back very quickly.

Price was extremely reasonable, sure seems to be very fair compared to some other plumbing companies that I have called for quotes.

We updated our furnace room and bathrooms since our house was 30 years old. The service (from salesperson to installer) was excellent. The sales person provided a detailed quote and answered all of our 'many' questions. The person who installed everything was extremely professional, clean, courteous, and on-time. We hired them again when we updated our bathrooms. When we purchased our own bathtub, they saw there was a small chip along the bottom and highly recommended we take it back and exchange it, in which they would come back. I wasn't as happy when they didn't leave the tub spout pipe long enough to fit the spout we had boughten though. They had cut it at the 'typical' length.

After calling three other plumbers with so called "24 emergency service"- two that did not even answer the phone or call back until the next day, and another company that said they will charge me $50.00 just to come and give me a quote ?????? I called the 24 hour emergency number for Pete The Plumber as our hot water tank was dead. After hours service man was great. I spoke with the service tecnician personally at 9:25 p.m, who had to travel from Okotoks to Langdon. He had the old water heater removed and the new one installed, functioning and out the door by 11:40p.m. Adam the installer was fantastic ! Took the time to answer all of my questions, was clean, neat, polite and very, very professional. Most of all, he staed that he loved working for Pete The Plumber. The only problem was that Adam didn't bring Dino along for a visit....
Pete The Plumber is now our preferred plumber of choice.

I called Pete the plumber to replace toilets in our newly purchased home. It was done quickly and iur service guy was awesome. This was our first time using them and we will use again.

Called Pete the Plumber to look at a leaky faucet sink. Service person was considerably late (past the two hour time window the suggested) and I had to call the company and ask when they were going to come. The person took a look at the faucet and said they recommend changing the entire faucet. He quoted me some options which were obviously overpriced!!! Service person said he had no faucets in his van and would have to come back another day. Since I have family from out of town it was faster for me to do it than to book another appointment. Service person was only here for like 5 minutes and I was charged $115.50! Way overpriced! Went to a big box home improvement store and they recommended just changing a part versus the whole entire faucet. With a $10 part from a big box home improvement store and about 5 minutes of my time I got it fixed myself. Way overpriced and I felt that they took advantage of people who never knew any better. Definitely not worth the price that they charged!!!

I had these services performed a few years ago and the plumbing installation was smooth as silk. Plumber was professional, courteous and had everything he needed for expert installation. The Insinkerator and "No Salt" Water Softener were customer supplied items. I would recommend Pete the Plumber for any plumbing installs you require.

We had a clogged drain in our kitchen sink right before a family celebration. They were able to come out immediately and fix the problem before our guests arrived. Thank you!
