Hot water tank and toilet replacement
I hired Pete the Plumber three times for residential service in last few years. Once was for a hot water tank replacement and twice to replace all the toilets to low-flow in two separate houses. My experiences were mixed. They have different types of staff for different types of jobs. The fellow that replaced the hot water tank was very clean. The two different fellows that replaced the toilets were not clean at all. The first individual would remove all the water from the toilet using a paper coffee cup and dump it in the bathroom sink (yuck!). He also used this rag from who knows where to wipe up everything and then wring dry into the bathroom sink (double gross). He was all-around very unsanitary and I would never let him back in my house. The second toilet guy used a wet vac to remove any remaining water from the toilets (nice!), but was a bit sloppy carrying the toilets out of the house over the carpet (some spillage of residual toilet water – yuck!). Is there not a company procedure on replacing toilets so the customer doesn’t have toilet water in their sink or dripping all over their carpets? Anyway, I would absolutely recommend Pete the Plumber for a hot water tank replacement (their price cannot be beat) but not sure I would recommend them for a toilet replacement.

Thank yiou for your comments, and absolutely we have protocol on how to replace a toilet and very much would like to have more information as to what technicians are not following our procedures. Obviously our customer service no matter what division of service needs to be spectacular and our reputation is extremely important to us. I would be happy to discuss this further so do not hesitate to call me at 403-257-1766-Sincerely Jackie Prince-General Manager
