Very impressed. Especially with the integrity of the staff, Nigel, Mary and Ken specifically. These individuals are so customer oriented it's a breath of fresh air :). I was so impressed that I referred one of my client's. There was a couple of 'hick ups' where the quote had missed a couple of items but the staff were accommodating and professional, and they dealt with them immediately, always making sure that I was happy at the end of the day. Being in customer service myself for many years it is a truly refreshing occasion to meet such individuals who are devoted to their customer, and ultimately the good name of their company.

Lots of help from Elayna the in-store sales professional and a great installation team. I received exactly what was promised and within agreed upon timelines.

After dealing with some not so good plumbers I went to the show room of pete the plumber, I found the staff excellent to deal with, after having an estimator out to my home who offered to fix the issues left from other plumbers and install my new furnace for a reasonable price with a great warrenty I went ahead with the purchase, the men came on time worked all day, explained the product and left me feeling satisfied with the purchase I made. No buyers remorse this time.

Josh & Adam were very helpful with the install today. They came on time and were done in a timely manner. I appreciated their assistance as they provided good feedback on normal maintenance of the unit. Service was excellent!

Our hot water tank failed today. My husband left a message. They called back within 30 mins. They first said they had 6 other hot water tanks to replace and ours would happen next day. They called back within another 30 mins and said because we had to turn off the water to the house to stop the leak, they will have it replaced next. The technician got her within an hour or so (bad snowy roads). He replaced the hot water tank. Cleaned up after himself and super nice guy.

We would recommend Pete the Plumber for great service, caring and quality work. The technician cares about his job and it shows in his attitude.

We had a blocked sink at my parents condo and we called Pete the plumber who was very efficient and did a great job. We are very happy with this service and would definetly call them again if needed.

They provided services for a new rough in basement bathroom. The team that arrived to do the work was friendly and tidy, however failed City inspection twice. As well as the riser on the toilet rough in was installed out of plumb, which caused issues when it came time to mount the toilet. All said, we were not impressed with the quality of work completed but the customer service was good. They addressed all of our concerns in a timely manner.

I purchased a water heater from a local home improvement store and Pete The Plumber was the store's choice for the installation. The service was prompt and efficient. When we had a drain problem (not related to the installation) we called them. Although there was an extra fee, due to the "after hours" visit, they really had to work for the money. The man ended up having to bring out "the big guns" to get the job done. Good work.

I am very satisfied with Pete and his company. They were prompt and they cleaned after them selves. Nathan the representative was very good at resolving any issues that came up like the taping of the joints in the ducts. Also the warranty they offered for 10 years on parts and service gave me a peace of mind that any repairs will be covered. I highly recommend Pete and will be using them to install an air conditioner in the summer.
