Our very expensive German tub fixtures began to leak after 15 years, and we thought that we would have to replace them but Hoerner Plumbing and Heating came to our rescue!
Hoerner Plumbing and Heating have been my plumbers and furnace caregivers for 20 years. We have a steam boiler which very few plumbers are qualified to work on, but Andrew Hoerner and his team have serviced it diligently every year. They send reminders about when it should be checked before the winter, and they have an answering service that gets someone to come in an emergency. The prices charged are very reasonable, and this company is truly a reliable and conscientious service provider. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Kyle and Calvin replaced a 45-year old drain pipe which was clogged with tree roots. Both arrived early and completed the job within the day, with minimal mess. I was impressed at how the excavation site looked hardly touched. They even did a camera inspection & pointed out that the city's connection was clogged & had to be taken care of immediately. The job site was left tidy; they welcomed any questions that I had about the job, ensured that all work was done properly, and were polite & respectful at all times. I am very pleased with the quality of work that was done by them.

Dave was right on time, he knew his stuff and was happy to show and tell us what he was seeing and doing. He was efficient, polite and fixed our problem. He charged a fair price - even a little less than expected.

We have some exotic bathroom fixtures which are made in Europe and they went to the effort to source the replacement part and repair the taps which saved us from having to purchase new ones. The prices charged are very reasonable, and this company is truly a reliable and conscientious service provider. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My basement drain was clogged with tree roots. I received a prompt callback the next morning & was able to get service the same day. Kyle and Felix were prompt, professional, courteous, polite, respectful & knowledgeable. They worked hard and efficiently to resolve my problem. Kyle offered useful, advice to solve my problems and I really appreciated that they were neat & tidy and left my place clean afterwards. Pricing is reasonable, and I feel confident in their abilities to get a job done right.

This afternoon, your technician, Mike, attended and took care of the two plumbing problems in my house. He did so in a very professional, quick and efficient manner. Thank you very much again from a repeat customer.

Dave from Hoerner Heating & Plumbing did an excellent job replacing a leaky pipe in my basement. My sister recommended them, and my whole experience was positive - the friendly receptionist offered a choice of times and Dave arrived exactly on schedule, explained what needed to be done and had the pipe replaced within half an hour. No more dripping! I had called another company that offered 24 hours service first, and they offered me an appointment in 2 weeks. When I called Hoerner, they offered me an appointment the same day. I would definitely use them again.

A few months ago we were experiencing another heavy rain and the Don River had flooded Bayview Ave. and the Don Valley Parkway. The tenants at our rental property called after 11pm to say the basement was filling up with water. They were trying to keep it under control using buckets to remove the water. I tried calling a few companies. I called Hoerner and had a good first impression over the phone. You can usually detect, even over the phone, if customer service is a top priority for a company. They said they could send someone over within the hour. On such a chaotic night this seemed miraculous -everyone's basements were flooding! It was after midnight and true to their word a service man arrived promptly. He found the problem and cleared the clogged drain right away. He then gave me a discount on the call because it was a quick, uncomplicated job. The discount was not necessary and on an evening of thousands of emergencies I don't think other companies put their customers ahead of their potential profits the way Hoerner did. When other companies were not even taking any more calls Hoerner squeezed me in and delivered. They will certainly get my business again as they have earned it. I now recommend Hoerner to my friends who are looking for a company that is reliable and delivers fast, fair service.
