An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Hoerner Plumbing and Heating have been my plumbers and furnace caregivers for almost 20 years. We have a steam boiler which very few plumbers are qualified to work on, but Andrew Hoerner and his team have serviced it diligently every year. They send reminders about when it should be checked before the winter, and they have an answering service that gets someone to come in an emergency. We have some exotic bathroom fixtures which are made in Europe and they went to the effort to source the replacement part and repair the taps which saved us from having to purchase new ones. The prices charged are very reasonable, and this company is truly a reliable and conscientious service provider. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
