Drain back up at my parents house. Dave came on a saturday within an hour of calling and solved my parents problem. Thank You Dave and Hoerners for answering the phone on Saturday.

A water pipe in my kitchen burst last January. In order to avoid the same problem happening again next winter I was told that the water pipes had to be rerouted away from the uninsulated outer walls of my house. Mike, an excellent plumber from Hoerner came and carefully explained the whole required process to me and gave me better, more money saving advice than a previous plumber from a different firm. I found Mike to be a skilled and personable gentleman who really likes his work and speaks well of the company he works for! This is something rare these days, a guy who enjoys and takes pride in his work! And the praise doesn't stop there...Tracey who manages things at their head office stayed in touch and answered my million questions patiently and even checked in with owner Andrew when I needed a bit more plumbing advice....he even came by as well just to put my concerns about a separate issue to rest...and finally, Mike's colleague/assistant, Calvin, deserves an honourable mention as well...he too was a competent professional!
So there you have it: FIVE STARS for Hoerner Heating & Plumbing!!

We had Hoerner plumbing perform several tasks for us. The first was replacing some old large diameter water pipes used for our radiators. This was a difficult task given the locations of some of the joints. Kyle and the rest did a great job, staying late as needed to finish the job in 1 day. They also installed some new radiators in our basement, cleaned the furnace and installed an outdoor air line to the furnace room. Again, a very nice job. They always come when they said they would, quotes made sense and there was no variation between the quotes and final prices. Everyone involved with the company is pleasant to deal with and they always had answers to our questions. We will definitely use them again.

We've been using Hoerner for over 25 years and are very happy with their service. Our building is over 100 yrs old so it can be a challenge at times. The girls in the office are always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Andrew and his crew are knowledgeable, professional and most important, trustworthy. The fact that they have the keys to our bldg. shows just how much we trust them. For me what's really important is the fact that I can call them anytime, 24/7, for any emergency situation and I know someone will be on call to follow up and fix the problem.

While attempting to install a kitchen faucet, the hot water shut-off valve washer disintegrated plugging up the new faucet. Detaching the faucet from the supply line to find out why I had no hot water resulted in a massive leak from the shut-off valve. I had to race to turn off the water. Having no water in the house now at all, I called Hoerner Heating & Plumbing for help. They came the next morning, fixed the problem and gave me advice as to how to fix my plugged faucet which now works. Thanks Hoerner!

I would say the customer service is excellent. The person on the phone was courteous, clear and very organized. I have had numerous dealings with this company and all of the employees are exemplary.The technicians always came during the time stated and were professional and polite. They were very respectful of my property as well. We unfortunately had numerous glitches but Hoerner did everything they could to resolve things in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company to other people.
