I have paid 1700.00 to repair my refrigerator. They could not diagnose the problem and changed wrong parts. I had to buy a new refrigerator because it was not fixable.

I was referred to this company to replace my new Thermador fridge and freezer wheels. They came this way and were not damaged on delivery. I sent them an email of all the wheels and leveling stabilizers along with the model number. It took over 3 weeks to get the parts in. I had to call weekly to check in and remind them. Once all the parts came in the man came to the house. The service person said he could not complete the repair as it is a two person job. Should the company have not know that it was a two person job when they already knew the model number and what was required? When I called back, they said it would take over a week and a half to schedule service. Not preparing for the repair by only sending one person is negligent and irresponsible. After two weeks, two service technicians came, only to have 8 front wheels and no leveling mechanism. They came without the right parts and not prepared. We had to lend them 2x4 and screws. The techs even carelessly tipped the fridge and freezer by tipping it on the side and not the back as indicated on the instructions. Southern Atlantic blamed the parts supplier for not sending the right parts. You'd think they would know what parts are needed by contacting Thermador service, but that was not done. It's been over a month and a half and the job is still not done. No one wants to take responsibility.

We had an extended warranty from Sears that was good until August 2019, but unfortunately it is worthless. A co-worker recommended Southern Atlantic. We purchased extended warranty on 3 of our appliances. We placed our first service call a couple months ago. The ice maker on our fridge wouldn't produce ice. They came and investigated promptly, but unfortunately it took quite some time for Kitchen Aid to ship the part(s) required for the repair.

The parts finally arrived Friday and we were promptly booked for a Monday appointment to finish the repair.

The technician worked diligently to make the repair and even saved us $250 by determining that one of the parts ordered was not required.

Within a couple hours of his departure WE HAVE ICE AGAIN!

Please avoid this company. I wish I had heeded the review on homestars, I would not have been in this situation. They called in a sneaky way to let me know there was a technician closeby to check the problem with my range with NO mention that they would charge service fee. Only for the them to pile a list of charges on me. I called in to complain and the employee was EXTREMELY rude. Not only that, the supposed escalation manager only called me to let me know that they will pass the account to a collection agency. I am puzzled that Theremador will retain them as an authorized repair agent despite their poor rating and shoddy service.

Bosch sent this company to install an Oven/Micro combo. They damaged the door badly, and it took Bosch a month to finally approve a new one. They sent this company to come replace the door, the useless technician couldn't even do his job properly and test the microwave before he left.

WE tested it the minute we got home and it wasn't even working! i had to call, speak to a rude CS rep, and told i have to wait another 10 days for them to come out. Finally they come out, and all they did was test it and confirm that it wasn't working!

45 days now without a microwave or oven. Like i said, avoid like the plague.

It's the week of Christmas. My top broiler element is warped and corroded. Southern Atlantic did everything possible to order the Miele part and have it installed by weeks end. Sure enough the job got done. Fast, friendly, reliable service. Will definitely use again. Technician was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Great service!

I was very impressed with my first dealing with Southern Atlantic Service (Ontario) Ltd. Starting with the appointment scheduling which was arranged with Laura to the outstanding onsite technician Prit. I found both of them very courteous, knowledgeable and professional in their manner.
I highly recommend Southern Atlantic to anyone who looking for prompt, reliable, friendly and very professional service. I will definitely call them again when I need appliance service

Poor service and not timely with responding to phone calls or performing service work. They do not care about their customer and they do service work Calling the wrong number that we had provided.

guy came for 5 minutes and left to order parts. came back a week later and charged me 420$ for unnecessary parts. was going to charge me an extra 50$ for labour mistakes he made. stay away.
