Don't trust this company. Never deal with them.
I have paid 1700.00 to repair my refrigerator. They could not diagnose the problem and changed wrong parts. I had to buy a new refrigerator because it was not fixable.

I am sorry David that you were not pleased with our service. When you originally called us for a service call you had someone else come out at the same time and you had told us that they told you the same thing my tech told you but you had trusted our company more then the other company.
After we had come out to do the install which was $1.300.00 and this includes the cost of there service call not the $1,700.00 you are saying. You had called us 7 days later saying you were having a problem again, we dispatched out our tech again to come and take look and he found a second leak which was not detached when we first originally came out and when the tech came back out the tech was able to help and add more gas to the lines and it worked again for you. You called us back saying you were going to replace the unit as you were still having a problem, and we offered you a refund at that time.
You had told us you were going to replace the fridge as you didn't want any more repairs done to the fridge, we offered you a refund and you were not pleases with the refund we were offering as we were not able to come take back the Fridge Evaporator and the Freezer Evaporator as they were installed and we can not get credit back for those parts as we have to eat the cost of those parts.
When we spoke on the phone a number of times you were very rude to myself and my office assistant and yelling at us in a very rude tones and calling us names where we were never rude to you and we were just trying to help you on this matter as we knew how frustrating it was for you.When you spoke to the owner of the company you both came to an agreeance on the amount being refunded. The owner wasn't very happy after you both came to an agreeance that you have posted this review.
