This is the most professional and knowledgeable home inspector I have ever met! His attention to detail was incredible. He had estimated 3 hours to do his on-site inspection, but spent over 5 hours carefully examining every detail about the cottage, boathouse and garage. Then he took us on a guided tour of the property for an hour where he explained his findings, and patiently answered all of our questions. The next day he gave us a 66-page report of his findings with over 100 close-up photos of what he discovered. The attached photo shows one of his many photos and diagrams. For the past 5 years, I've used AJ Self Storage as offsite, outside storage for our downtown office, which lacks storage space. Their secure premises are easy to access 24/7. Their staff are always ready to help during their extended business hours. For example, they once unlocked my badly rusted lock so I could get in! They are located near the bottom of the Don Valley Parkway so it's easily accessible from most downtown offices. I would recommend AJ to anyone -- $140 per month for a 5 x 10 foot locker is very reasonable.

Uniaire came the next day to diagnose why my gas fireplace was not working. He spent over an hour testing my control board, the main breaker panel, etc. He was very thorough in determining the root cause. I'm very pleased he took his time and accurately diagnosed the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Our 22-year old garage door stopped working when both cables came off the pulleys. Markham came within 24 hours, replaced the main spring and adjusted and lubricated everything. They even did a tune-up on my second door at no charge. I would definitely recommend Markham to anyone!

The Service Technician from Mr Rooter was very professional. He provided a very reasonable estimate at the end of his first visit and the installation began three days later. Their two-man crew worked very hard to install the backwater valve and left no trace by cleaning up thoroughly afterwards. During the installation, they showed me how our underground clay pipe to the street had deteriorated over the past 70 years. They recommended we also replace it now while the hole was dug before they burst, which we did. They used a "pipe burst machine", which pulls the new PVC pipe through and breaks the old clay pipe out of the way. They were able to connect new PVC pipe five feet under our cement driveway without disturbing it.

Avery and his team did an excellent job cleaning our drapes, area rugs and wall-to-wall carpeting. In just a few days they came back to reinstall our floor-to-ceiling drapes and they look great. I would recommend Yorkville to anyone looking for professional cleaning services.

It's their busy season, but SWAT arrived 2 days after I called, (just as promised) and got 2 racoons out of my garage in 20 minutes, without setting a trap! Our technician (Endre) was very professional, hard working and friendly. They were also much cheaper than competitive quotes and did GREAT work. I'd recommend SWAT without hesitation!

Farhad is a true professional, who is very knowledgable, and helpful. We have a 70-year old home with imperfect duct work that resulted in poor airflow to the second floor. Before he installed our entirely new Lennox system, he worked with a duct specialist who re-engineered the duct work. Farhad could have told me the old duct work was "good enough", but he went the extra mile to get us the best airflow possible. His installation crew (led by Cam) were also first-rate. Hotwire did great work on a variety of small electrical jobs. Adam installed new pot lights with very small holes in wall to fish wires through. The photos show a great new light inside a closet and a cool 2-way switch to accommodate the new light without a larger switch. They cleaned up after and were courteous and helpful throughout. Booking the appointment took some time because they usually don't answer the phone, but they call back quickly. I would recommend to anyone. I would recommend them to anyone.
