Markham installed a new opener for us late last year. A problem started this week where part of the garage was triggering the safety sensor and the garage would not close. I called the office to schedule a repair. First, Theresa informed me about a way I could get the door to close by bypassing the sensor. Second, she scheduled a service visit as soon as possible. Avery, one of Markham's installers, figured out the issue and fixed the problem with no charge. This is the second house where Markham has done work for us. Each time, the communication was prompt, clear, friendly and professional. And it's clear from this experience that Markham stands behind their work. Highly recommended.

Two days ago, I crashed my car into the garage door when it was opening. After the crash, the garage door was opened half way and could not go up or down. Without seeing what the problem was we were given a few costly estimates for replacing the entire lifting mechanism. The repair took about one hour and the price was very reasonable.
