Rude and curt staff

Abbotsford

Ordered part and staff were rude. Picked up part staff were rude and curt. I would never recommend the company to anyone. I had never ordered a furnace before and was treated like an moron. Then it was put under a different name for whatever reason and warehouse staff acted like I created the problem which I did not do. Absolutely horrible staff.

After reviewing many quotes for a new furnace and heat pump, I chose Canada HVAC. Canada HVAC did an excellent job replacing my old gas furnace and noisey AC with a new high efficiency furnace and super quiet heat pump! Great price and quickly able to schedule my installation!

Happy customer indeed

Vaughan

Finding out your a/c is dead on the first day of extreme heat is not fun. After a few calls to other installers, none of which were returned, I reached Adam at Canada HVAC. With his help sizing and scheduling we had a new furnace and air installed two days later. All done in four hours with a clean worksite left behind. Good work. Of course the extreme heat ended the next day.
