Service check up for our gas boiler - great explanation and service, with good advice too

My 7-year old furnace started throwing error messages and shutting down. Needed urgent help as nightly temperatures were still in negative.
A Plus responded very quickly to my request - a technician (Roni, I believe) was at my place within an hour and diagnosed the problem correctly the first time around.
Another technician (Frank) was at my place at exactly the arranged time the next day with required spare parts - he replaced those and tested the system to satisfaction while taking time to answer my questions and educate me on systems like mine.
Overall, very professional, courteous and competent service. Would highly recommend to similar jobs.

Last week my heat pump stopped emitting heat in the middle of this cold snap. Shak did the diagnostic and suggested a replacement, he's knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Together with his team, they did a good job with the installation and made sure I had heat before they left. Keep up the good work!

My AC compressor failed on a new AC carrier unit after only 3 years, and it was still under warranty for parts, but not labour. The company who installed the AC unit only 3 years ago did not seem to think their installation work had anything to do with the failure and wanted to overcharge me. I called A Plus Quality instead, and they did excellent work (Carrier recommended) at a fair price. Ill be going to AC Plus Quality for all my future AC needs

I called on A Plus during the heat wave as my air conditoner was not working. Technician found out that my system had a leak and all the refrigerant had leaked out. He highly recommended to go with a Carrier AC unit as they are known to be quiet.
Very happy with the service on & off the field.

We had an urgent venting issue that meant our gas line was turned off until it could be resolved, so we needed immediate support so we could have heat/hot water in our house again. Their office called me within 30 mins of my request on Home Stars and were super communicative throughout. Ronnie and his partner who came this morning were incredibly informative, kind, and answered all our questions (not to mention very respectful of our home by putting on shoe covers when they came inside). Their excellent and timely work meant our problem was resolved in under 18 hours from the time the issue was identified. Highly recommend!
