I am very happy with my products that I purchased with the company the insatller who did my entry door was very professional and took his time to make sure the door was perfect.

I called David to give me an estimate on new windows. He was patient and kind. He didnt mind coming back when I had more questions. The install was great the team of guys that did the install where friendly and polite. They even sat with my daughter and had lunch with her. We love our windows!

What a great company to work with. Office staff , salesmen and installers are all amazing. Absolutely no mess left behind by the installers and the windows and door look awesome!!!

Consumer Direct was wonderful to work with. We replaced 8 windows and 2 exterior doors. From the initial walk through with Dennis and choosing our products, to the final installation, we could not have been happier. The sales team was great to handle all of our requests and questions. Consumer Direct did our windows and patio door replacement for us this summer. We were told it could possibly be up to 18 weeks for delivery and installation but to our surprise it was done earlier and on a weekend. That was very beneficial to us as both my husband and I work and neither of us had to take a day off to be home for the installation. From the home visit, to the showroom and then installation everything went so smoothly and everyone that my husband and I encountered were super helpful, friendly and professional. Talking to them was always very easy and no question or concern went unanswered. Thank you David and all at Consumer Direct for everything you did.

My husband and I knew we needed new windows and a new front door. Over the years the house would be so cold during winter and now with small children we knew we needed this done sooner then later.

First off when I called they were the first to answer and be the upmost respectful company I spoke too. I knew I had already a good feeling about them.

When it came.time.to the estimate they sent the most wonderful person, they sent Steve. Steve was kind and genuine and was super respectful with my home, myself and my kids. He didn't sugar coat anything and was very honest. He alone made my decision final on choosing this company.

Construction day, all I habe to say is the guys did an amazing job, they were kind, courteous and very professional . They were shocked when I had bought them lunch for their hard work. I highly recommend consumers for all your needs when looking into replacing your windows. I know when it comes time to replace our other door I'm calling them first :)

Great quality casement windows...they look great and I very pleased with the sound they block out. Our front door and back sliding door look amazing! Was most impressed with how quick the whole project was completed and I appreciated how everything including the clean up was done with care.
