Consumer Direct did our windows and patio door replacement for us this summer. We were told it could possibly be up to 18 weeks for delivery and installation but to our surprise it was done earlier and on a weekend. That was very beneficial to us as both my husband and I work and neither of us had to take a day off to be home for the installation. From the home visit, to the showroom and then installation everything went so smoothly and everyone that my husband and I encountered were super helpful, friendly and professional. Talking to them was always very easy and no question or concern went unanswered. Thank you David and all at Consumer Direct for everything you did.
