My initial zoom consultation with Kristian was very informative. He explained all my options in detail and recommended specific windows which actually reduced my cost. I did not feel pressure to purchase a higher cost product. I was provided with an I installation date and kept informed as that date approached. My windows and patio door was installed in one day, the crew cleaned up afterwards. Windows looks great, patio functions
