Very happy with how quickly the two men were in replacing our windows in our living room and our bedroom. They look amazing from the street. I would highly recommend Consumer Direct windows to family and friends.

My husband and I got windows in our entire home and new French doors. The team was incredibly thorough, detailed and organized. They worked over a 3 day period to make sure everything was perfect and the entire time were very contentious of our babys nap schedule and making sure the entire area was clean for her. We are so grateful and impressed!

This company was great. The salesman Jerry, was patient and very informative. Really listened to what we could afford and helped with a great package and deal. The experience with the office setting up measurement visits, payments and window delivery and installation was all very clear and easy. The two men who came to measure and the two men who came to install were all so polite, efficient and left no mess. When it is time to replace other windows we will not look anywhere else. Decided to have the windows in the front and side of my house replaced. After getting quotes from 5 different companies, I decided to choose CD because of the professionalism and detail to attention exhibited by Jerry the sales associated. He was always quick to respond to any of my questions and made all the adjustments to my order in a timely manner. The installation crew that was lead by Isac was very professional and also paid alot of attention to details. My house and driveway was left spotless. I should also mention that the price was better than all my other qoutes ,they accept credit cards ( more points for me).
