Manni and Gavin fixed our AC unit. They are professional and knowledgeable also fixed our gas connection. Have worked with other contractors but nothing can beat the experience we had with them- Highly recommended !

My wife and I bought our first home with an old furnace and AC. The house was becoming over 30 degrees C on hot days due to the system failing and was becoming unbearable. After calling about a dozen contractors we knew Manny was the one just after a few minutes of speaking with him. He was friendly, very professional, and helpful in explaining the best way to remedy our issue. Manny replaced our furnace and AC units and we couldn't be happier! The house is cool and relaxing and we have piece of mind that the job was done right. I HIGHLY recommend Manny and I will be calling him back when we are renovating the basement.

Excellent job: Manny is the true definition of a professional. He was very knowledgeable, extremely polite and answered all my questions. Installed a new A/C unit, furnace and a hot water tank. Also installed a natural gas line for my barbecue in the backyard. It’s very nice to see workers who take pride in their work. Thanks to the Bora Builders, we turned a 2 level house into a 3 level. Our 6 foot ceiling basement was useless as a living space. We are in a semi-detached and we dug down 2 feet, created an entertainment room, proper laundry and utility rooms and a bathroom with shower. We didn't think we could get this out of the relatively small space we had to work with.

Everyone that worked on our basement was friendly, knowledgeable and considerate of our needs but also the needs of our neighbors. There was good open communication at every phase of the project and, even though it was a high ticket renovations, we feel we got great value for the money we spent. They even helped us out with a few minor things we needed while they were here.

we have dealt with lots of different contractors in our life. all I can say is till this day we haven't met anyone like Bora Builders. from the cleaners, trades to all of them in the head office. everyone goes above and beyond. they're professionals, detailed and the made us feel like we were all one family. I truly recommend them. our full home Reno is fantastic and we love every bit of our home.

Bora Builders was contracted to open up the existing walls, install a supporting beam, widen existing windows, install flooring, tile, lights etc (all except cabinets and counters). We were very happy with Manny and his team during the Reno as they ensured the rest of the house was clean, useable and free of dust. We are also quite happy with the, timelines and the finished product and would consider using them in other projects.
