Our washer is not working properly. The tech came out to service. He mentioned that we may need to get a new transmission which would be $678 for the part and shipping. We paid the invoice that was over $310. However, the washer was not fixed and we will not be ordering that part. Also, when we called back, we were told that was the labour charge. I asked what did we get for the $310, and I was told the labour. I said but nothing got fixed. I then asked if I could chat with the tech, but she said they wont call you back. I feel like we have been had. I would have happily paid $100-$150 for tech to quickly diagnose and tell me about the transmission, but $300+? We feel like we were taken advantage of.
