I got a very good price to clean out all my air ducts. I have around 25-30. They blow out each vent. Not more than that though.
Also got a good price to blow out my furnace.

Additional services I agreed to were to blow out all central vac vents and the dryer vent. Also got a good price on this.

Fair prices for good service. I’m satisfied and would recommend.

Contact was made with customer prior to arrival.
Work was excellent and thorough. Everything was explained before the
commencement of the work and extra care was taken to make sure that the site was preserved.

More than 8 hrs installation of new AC.
The hours spent was not even the problem, as long they get it to work.
They showed me a very very very dirty filter from my furnace. Today I found a filter on the side, that wasnt even close to what was shown to me. The dirty filter probably an old filter that I neglected to throw.
Trust is the issue now, as I shelled out cash (serious cash) for extra job that maybe or maybe not even necessary.
Rating should not reflect the company, it maybe just one bad egg in the basket. I dread writing bad review but I feel played.

I called and talked with Joe and he provided me with a competitive quote on the phone to clean the ducts. Services included: Clean ducts, furnace, sanitize and clean dryer vents. Very impress with the customer service and work. Joe called the morning of to let us know his crew will be late. Ducts are very clean and no mess left behind. Also, they took a picture before and after to show us. I would definitely re-hire Dial One Professional Duct Cleaning for duct cleaning.

Just had my duct cleaning done last week. Excellent customer service and professional work. I have recently moved and needed to get the ducts cleaned as the previous owners had done renovations in the house and the last duct cleaning service Was outrages. Cambridge Heating Cooling Services cleaned my air ducts and my drier vent. I was very happy with the price and the quality. They were very clean and polite answered all my questions and walked me through the whole process. I did not even have to ask to see before and after picture. I was very happy with this company.

We just had our air conditioning ducts cleaned by CHCS. They could not have been any better. They were on time, polite, efficient, and very clean. They took time to explain what they were going to do and were extremely careful in the house.
