My microwave door wouldn’t close therefore it wouldn’t work. The service tech ordered me a new door - he came today to fix it and was very fast, friendly and very quiet . Would definitely recommend Elite this was covered under warranty

The whole repair process was really easy. From the initial online order submission to text confirmations, it was simple. Our repair technician was really efficient and explained the problem as he worked. Really great service, handled expertly.

Service took place 2 days later than originally promised which was unfortunate since we were unable to wash our clothes but repair was fast and service person was friendly with all covid safety protocols followed.

Our built-in oven and microwave control panel was displaying an error code. We lost the use of the built-in microwave and oven. I called Elite and a technician was sent out the next day. The technician quickly assessed the problem. The part was ordered and the repair was completed in a few days! Very happy with the whole experience! Job 455062. Would highly recommend this company!
