Elite Appliance Service was awesome - very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. They clearly explained the issue and resolution. My dryer was not drying the clothes. They sourced the issue and resolved the problem quickly.

I got to know Elite Appliance via LG customer service. My dishwasher was out of service and we initially tried to fix the issue ourselves through YouTube sharing, and ended up reaching out to LG as we couldnt solve it after multiple attempts. I selected Elite Appliance as Google rate was high, and I am not disappointed as David identified the problem and fixed our dishwasher. The experience with Elite Appliance was great starting from scheduling appointment, confirmation, technician repairing the dishwasher and quality of service. Keep up the good work. Had issue with freezer unit not cooling to the right temp. Service call was quick and to the point. he gave resolutions and suggestions and offered a follow up call to see if the unit was working as intended.

The door sensor on my upper oven turned out to be defective. Thankfully it was still under warranty and easily replaceable.
Technicians were prompt, knowledgeable, approachable and polite. Very happy

Elite Appliance technician was spot on with his diagnosis, was very knowledgeable and directed us to contact LG customer service with regards to their out of warranty Flatrate repair program. Follow up repair with Elite tech was carried out within promised timeframe and fridge working great now. Elite Appliance one of very few companies who would work on an LG Refrigerator. Their technician was very thorough and knew his craft.
