I needed our old broken hardwired dishwasher to be disconnected and our new Bosch connected and hardwired. Egor was professional and courteous - and obviously very experienced in this type of work. Not only did he perform the work, he showed me how it was done and made some improvements over the previous installation, providing explanations for the work. The work came in on the budget quoted. I will use him next time I need appliance service or installation.

Egor arrived early and reviewed the steps that he would take to complete the job (i.e., switch the fridge door to the other side, then remove the old dishwasher, etc.) We had three new applicances to install in a a pretty tight space.
