Our Samsung fridge was leaking from under the crisper drawers, EA was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and took care to place towels to avoid water on the floor. They also notified me when they were 20 minutes away which was very helpful to give time to clear out the fridge but not have the food out too long.

Elite Appliances is the best out there for in-warranty repair of LG Dishwashers. One of their techs, Harjinder is the most knowledgeable and polite tech out there. He was so polite and so good at his work that i was truly impressed. Elite Tech, the company itself is so well organized. They send you text messages ahead of time regarding your appointment and rescheduling your appointment is so easy with them as well.

Our brand new washer wasn’t starting, we asked the company for help but their technician Diagnose the washer wrongfully. For three months we didn’t hear from them and when we called them, they suggested us to get a new washer because the part we need it’s no longer in the market. Long story short, we Insist to get another technician and thankfully Elite appliance came for rescue, within in a week they fixed our washer. I am so Grateful to them, they are very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend it to everyone.

Had Elite Appliance come to my house for a warranty call. My Samsung oven was not heating up. Larry, the technician was excellent. Knowledgeable, experienced fast and polite is how I would describe him. Problem appears to have been fixed in one diagnostic visit and a second with parts to do the work. Would give 5 stars if the fixed labour cost to install compressor, board and plug was significantly less than $750 for 2 hours work. Thank you.
