Unlike my experiences with other companies, Elite Appliance Services was very professional, Responsive and on time..Larry came in the first day, accessed the Stove, ordered the parts immediately. As soon as the parts was available, Larry came and fixed it. On these two appointments, Larry did not keep us waiting. My service number is 459173

I purchased a new top of the line Frigidaire all fridge which took months to get due to covid and to have quality issues with the display panel within the fridge was disappointing. I am happy that the warranty claim went smooth, I was sent a great repair service, they saw the issue and fixed quickly for me. The technicians (Larry & another) were very friendly and professional. They sent me a courtesy text 30 minutes before arrival. This was a warranty repair and required a complete system rebuild. This took around 3.5 hours to complete.

Very happy with the service fixing our Samsung range. It was brand new but had a faulty system not turning the oven on. Technician from Elite Appliance came, diagnosed and within a couple days it was fixed once they got the part needed. I really like that they send texts for appointments and when the technician will arrive so I know exactly when to be ready.
