Elite Appliance Service – Hamilton

This was a very, very positive experience. Our service technician Larry was efficient, experienced, competent, and friendly. With horror stories of some appliance repair places being less than stellar, I was relieved that Elite is definitely not in that category. From start to finish I was very impressed with Elite's communication and service. I have no hesitancy in highly recommending them.

We have a 4-year old LG Gas Stove. The oven was no longer working (error F9). We booked a service call with Elite Appliance Service and in less than 48 hours, Larry came and fixed the problem.
He knew exactly what to do, had the parts ready and performed all the work in 15 minutes.

Our older model Bosch dishwasher was leaking and Elite Appliance Service was able to send a technician out within 2 days to diagnose the problem (Bosch service was booking more that 3 weeks out). The technician sent a courtesy text message about 20 minutes before arrival within the agreed service window.
He diagnosed the problem within about 15 minutes, and had to order the part with a 2-5 day delivery time.
Elite contacted me to book the final repair appointment within 5 days and the same technician returned to complete the repair.
Technician was polite and courteous and the charges for the diagnostic visit (plus travel) were as described when I contacted Elite originally.
Good communication and I would definitely contact them again for future appliance repairs.

Our Samsung refrigerator needed to have the ice maker fixed. We selected Elite Appliance Service to diagnose the problem and repair it, as they service Samsung appliances. We were extremely satisfied with the service we received from this company. The technicians were very professional, arrived on time and followed up the next day to ensure that the problem was fixed. I would recommend Elite Appliance Service for anyone who require repair to their appliances.

Our washer started to leak so we called and the technician was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. Other than waiting for a bit of time for the part the whole process was very smooth.

I had Trouble with my LG washer and it has now been fixed to my complete satisfaction. The customer care team was exceedingly responsive and the technicians were thoroughly professional.
