Samsung arranged for Elite appliances to fix my stove under warranty. Ricky arrived on time, fixed my stove and was polite and courteous.

If there was anything I could say to offer anyting I would but they were professional they were courteous they were excellent.

The only thing they left behind was a happy customer!

Do not bother with this company. Their diagnostics were incomplete and lead me down the wrong path. Replaced the part with the issue, yet problem still persists.

Want to charge me the full amount again to perform diagnostics, which are incomplete. If you have a Samsung, use a different authorized repair place as these guys do not know what they are doing.

Amateurs at best.
